Yes. We sequence them: roof first, then siding and trim, then gutters, so each layer laps over the one below it correctly.
What does the free inspection include?
We look at the roof, siding, trim and gutters up close, take photos, and walk you through what we found. If something only needs a repair, we’ll tell you.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes, the honest way. We document real storm damage and can meet your adjuster. You file and manage your claim, and we build to the approved scope.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Santos Construction Group, LLC holds Maryland Home Improvement Commission license #05-163904 and carries liability insurance. We send a certificate on request.
