Santos Construction Group, LLC (“SCG”, “we”) runs santos-constructiongroup.com. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you request an estimate or a bid, we collect what you enter: your name, phone, email, project address or ZIP code, project details, and any photos or plans you upload.
• Basic site data. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, forms started and submitted, the general area you visit from, and how you found us (for example a Google search or an ad). We never send your name, phone number or email to Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule visits, prepare proposals and bids, and run your project.
• To send you messages about your request by phone, text or email.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who help us do the work you asked for (for example, a licensed trade partner or a permit office), or when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Uploaded files

Photos and plans you upload are emailed to our office and are not kept on the public website.

Cookies and similar tools

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. How long we keep it

We keep estimate and bid requests, and the records of projects we work on, for as long as we need them to respond, complete the work, honor warranties and meet our legal and tax obligations. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.

Children

This website is for adults planning construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
